Aberdeen Place is a modern and sophisticated home that has it all. The home features flowing audio throughout, a living room with the sports fanatic in mind as well as all the control the home owner could want over their lighting and climate right from their iPads and phones as well as remotes.
On Saturdays in the Fall the entire home is awash in the sounds of College Football from the living room, shower and right out to the backyard. The Living Room features a 90" Sony 4K Television, Marantz/Martin Logan Surround sound and touchpad control.
Despite the home not having a dedicated theater room we were able to meet the clients demands with a "micro-theater" nestled into a 10x10 room in the corner of the home. It features a powerful Marantz/Martin Logan 7.1 Surround Sound System as well as a 120" Screen Innovations Zero Edge screen made possible despite the small footprint with a short throw projector. Its intense and one of our favorite theaters anywhere.
Todays smart homes also demand the ability to control our environments. Aberdeen features lighting and climate control in all common areas of the home and outdoors. One button "scenes" allow for quick access to the ideal environment for parties, movie watching or going to bed.
